Professional Networking with SLC Members
SLC membership gives you the opportunity to interface with other professionals, manufacturers and vendors, landscapers, architects, builders, contractors, consultants, educational institutions, governmental agencies, and others who are involved in the design and installation of landscape projects. The Sustainable Landscape Council encourages networking and getting to know other members, their products and their services. All SLC members will be posted on the SLC website in a product directory to help promote companies offering products and services who are practicing sustainable landscape methods.

Certification of Your Product or Service
The SLC will offer accreditation for those members who would like to apply for certification of their product or service. Following a brief review process and member adherence to the Standards and Guidelines of the SLC, members can receive approval for use of the official SLC logo on their products or service, including use of the logo in member advertisements and other applications.

SLC Events & Education
The SLC will be featured at a booth at several industry tradeshows. Members are welcome to use the SLC booth as a meeting area to network and meet other SLC members throughout the state. The SLC will also be sponsoring and participating in events and conferences which promote sustainable landscape practices throughout the state. These opportunities include symposiums, demonstrations, speaking engagements, attending other green, environmental and regulatory agency or associations meetings/events. Updates and news concerning sustainable landscape practices, regulations, opportunities, will be communicated to SLC members via the website and e-mails.
